However, there may be a very important event that will allow you to gain important knowledge about the procurement. The pre-Bid/Proposal/Quote meeting provides direct access to stakeholders for the project. This may be the only time you will have direct contact with them. So, ask as many questions as your heart desire so that you may gain a deeper understanding of what is required as a vendor. It is highly encouraged that you attend all site visits which will provide visual representation of the procurement as well as any physical characteristics.
